We Ported JoinCORE to the E2K Architecture

Previously, we announced that our core system was certified in the PS MIR. Now, we are proud to report that we have successfully ported our JoinCORE system to the Elbrus (E2K) platform.

According to Maxim Bornovolokov, CEO of MST Company, this is an important and timely task. The operation of the payment core on the E2K architecture, used in Elbrus processors, will enable seamless deployment of payment solutions on domestic ATMs.

Overall, we did not face significant difficulties during the porting process since the E2K platform also offers a convenient Unix-like environment, and all necessary software is already available and functioning well.

Additionally, we want to highlight that the core's architecture and the lack of platform-specific code made the porting process much easier. Choosing the C++ programming language standard (C++11 or ISO/IEC 14882:2011), which is well-supported across many platforms, also played a significant role in this smooth transition.

In general, we are very pleased with our development. For more details on the core architecture, please read our article about JoinCORE, and feel free to contact us with any questions or suggestions!
