JoinTMS Terminal Management System Now Part of the Domestic Software Registry

MST continues to expand the presence of its software products in the Unified Register of Russian Software for Electronic Computers. The company’s third product, "JoinTMS Terminal Management System", successfully passed the expert review by the Ministry of Digital Development and was officially added to the registry on October 4, 2024, under entry number 24316.

The Unified Register of Russian Software is a comprehensive list of software products developed in Russia that meet the requirements set by the Ministry of Digital Development. Established in 2016 by Government Decree No. 1236, the registry aims to replace foreign solutions with domestic alternatives and to support Russian developers.

In 2022, Presidential Decree No. 166 introduced measures to ensure technological independence and protect the critical information infrastructure (CII) of the Russian Federation. According to the decree, starting January 1, 2025, all credit institutions must exclusively use Russian software to safeguard CII-related data.

Additionally, state-owned banks that procure software in accordance with Federal Law 223-FZ are required to discontinue the use and procurement of foreign software for significant CII facilities. The transition to domestic solutions follows strict guidelines, and only software listed in the domestic software registry is permitted. Any software not included in the registry is considered foreign.
